Purpose and Origin

·    The purpose of this session is to provide information relating to what compliance options is available for dangerous, insanitary, and derelict buildings.

·    This briefing was requested when Council were briefed on derelict buildings as part of the annual plan process in April 2024.

This information session is expected to last for 30 minutes.

Outcome Sought

That council receives the information provided by Regulatory Compliance Unit.

·    The attached report was compiled by staff in Regulatory Compliance Unit.
