Community Board Resolved FWHB/2024/00060 Part C That the Waimāero Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Community Board: 1. Receives the information in the Roydvale Avenue - Proposed No Stopping Restrictions Report. 2. Notes that the decision in this report is assessed as low significance based on the Christchurch City Council’s Significance and Engagement Policy. 3. Revokes any previous resolutions pertaining to traffic controls made pursuant to any bylaw to the extent that they are in conflict with the parking or stopping restrictions described in resolution 4 below. 4. Approves, pursuant to Clause 7 of the Christchurch City Council Traffic and Parking Bylaw 2017, that the stopping of vehicles be prohibited at all times on the east side of Roydvale Avenue, commencing at its intersection with Teesdale Street and extending in a northerly direction for a distance of 24 metres. 5. Approves that these resolutions take effect when parking signage and/or road markings that evidence the restrictions described in the staff report are in place (or removed in the case of revocations). |

Community Board Resolved FWHB/2024/00061 Part C That the Waimāero Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Community Board: 1. Receives the information in the Wairakei Road / Stanleys Road - Proposed No Stopping Restrictions and Stop Control Report. 2. Notes that the decision in this report is assessed as low significance based on the Christchurch City Council’s Significance and Engagement Policy. 3. Revokes any previous resolutions pertaining to traffic controls made pursuant to any bylaw to the extent that they are in conflict with the parking or stopping restrictions described in resolutions 4-5 below. 4. Approves, pursuant to Clause 7 of the Christchurch City Council Traffic and Parking Bylaw 2017, that the stopping of vehicles be prohibited at all times on the north side of Wairakei Road, commencing at its intersection with Stanleys Road and extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 37 metres. 5. Approves that in accordance with Section 4 and Section 10.2 of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 that the southbound approach of Stanleys Road at its intersection with Wairakei Road be controlled by a Stop Control. 6. Approves that these resolutions take effect when parking signage and/or road marking that evidence the restrictions described in the staff report are in place (or removed in the case of revocations). |

Approves a grant of $1,500 from its 2024-25 Discretionary Response Fund to Canterbury Westland Kidsfirst Kindergarten - Cotswold towards their physical play equipment. |
