3.   Draft Annual Plan 2026/27 - Hearing of verbal submissions

 

Councillors Cotter and Donovan were not present when the hearing started and joined at 10.05 am.

Deputy Mayor Henstock left the hearing at 10.06 am and rejoined at 10.28 am.

Councillor MacDonald left the hearing at 10.28 am.

The hearing adjourned at 11.38 am and reconvened at 11.03 am with the Mayor absent and Deputy Mayor Henstock chairing.

Councillor Cotter was not present when the meeting reconvened, rejoining at 11.05 am.

The Mayor rejoined the hearing at 11.09 am and resumed the Chair from 11.10 am.
