1.1 The following Council Officers provided information regarding the Council’s draft Long Term Plan (LTP) 2024-34: · David Griffiths, Head of Strategic Policy and Resilience. · Luke Adams, Principal Advisor Policy. 1.2 In support of the briefing Council Officers provided and spoke to a PowerPoint presentation (Attachment A)regarding the Infrastructure Strategy. Councillor Moore left the briefing at 11.25 am and returned at 11.26 am. Council requests 1.3 The following questions were raised by Councillors: 1.3.1 A request for confirmation on whether future staff reports regarding significant capital projects will specifically refer to the project’s alignment with the Infrastructure Strategy. 1.3.2 A request for clarification on how the Council communicates the challenges it faces, and the progress it has made, in relation to infrastructure replacement since the earthquake. |
