2.         Note that the decision in this report is assessed as low significance based on the Christchurch City Council’s Significance and Engagement Policy.

3.         Adopt the following six-monthly meeting schedule for the Summit Road Protection Authority and the Summit Road Advisory Committee for the period 2026- 2028:

3.         Requests that a new proposed meeting schedule is considered at the next meeting of the Advisory Committee and Authority.
