were received from Tyla Harrison Hunt, Andrei Moore and Debbie Mora. An
apology for lateness was received from Sarah Brunton.
Joseph Fullerton was absent from the
workshop and no apology was received.

2. Submissions Workshop

Board
members discussed the opportunity to make a submission on the Environment
Canterbury Draft Annual Plan 2026/27. Members agreed to make a submission and
discussed and agreed the content of the submission.
It was agreed
that the attached draft submission on the Environment Canterbury Draft Annual
Plan 2026/27 be circulated to all members for review and comment before being
finalised by the Board Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.
Board members
discussed the Board’s submission on the Council’s Draft Annual
Plan 2026/27 and agreed the content of the submission.
It was agreed
that the attached draft submission on the Draft Annual Plan 2026/27 be
circulated to all members for review and comment before being finalised by
the Board Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.
