9.   Draft Annual Plan Submission to Christchurch City Council and Selwyn District Council

Authority Comment 1. The Advisory Committee and the Authority received oral staff advice that under the Summit Road (Canterbury) Protection Authority Act purpose and function it is not intended for the Authority to make a submission to the Councils’ Long Term and Annual Plans.  Individual members were able to submit in their personal capacity.  Written advice will be forwarded to the Advisory Committee and Authority.
