The agenda was dealt with in the following order.

There were apologies received from Andrei Moore, Henk Buunk and Debbie Mora.

Gamal Fouda was absent from the workshop and no apology was received.

2.   Submission consideration - Development Contribution Policy; Draft Annual plan 2025/6; and Water Done Well
	Board members discussed submission opportunities for Development Contribution Policy; Draft Annual Plan 2025/26; and Water Done Well. The attached submissions were agreed to be circulated to all members before being finalised by the Board Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.

Councillors Harrison-Hunt and Peters left the workshop after the introduction of the submission opportunities and before the content of Board submissions was formulated.
