This workshop is expected to last for 60 minutes.

Purpose / Origin of the Workshop

The Board has requested a workshop to consider upcoming submission opportunities.

 

 

Background

Consultation is currently underway on the following:

·         Development Contributions Policy Review 2025

·         Draft Annual Plan 2025/26

·         Local Water Done Well

There is an opportunity for the Board to make submissions in response to each of these consultations.

Key Issues

Board members to consider the proposals being consulted on and discuss the content of any Board submission.

 

Next Steps

Community Board Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson, to approve, finalise, and lodge submissions on behalf of the Board to meet the following closing dates:

·         Development Contributions Policy Review 2025 - 26 March 2025

·         Draft Annual Plan 2025/26 - 28 March 2025

·         Local Water Done Well – 6 April 2025
