3.   Proposed Temporary Road Closure for Gebbies Pass Hillclimb
	Subcommittee Comment: · James Hunter (RATEC) joined the table to answer questions from the Subcommittee. James confirmed that no objections had been received and that processes are in place to ensure application timelines are met for future applications. · The Officer Recommendations were accepted without change.
	Committee Resolved RCS/2024/00021 Part C That the Road Closure Subcommittee: 1.         Receives the information in the Proposed Temporary Road Closure for Gebbies Pass Hillclimb Report. 2.         Authorises the approval of the temporary road closures for the Gebbies Pass Hillclimb, proposed to be deployed from 9am to 6pm on Saturday, 19 October 2024: a.         Summit Road from the Eastern end of Ahuriri Reserve to Gebbies Pass Road. 	Subcommittee Comment: · James Hunter (RATEC) joined the table to answer questions from the Subcommittee. James confirmed that there was no negative feedback from this event when it was held last time, that there were no objections received and that processes are in place to ensure application timelines are met for future applications. · The Officer Recommendations were accepted without change.
