Community Board Briefing, Seminar or Workshop Recommendation The transport engineer presented regarding the proposed no stopping restrictions on Richmond Hill road. - A member raised the issue of parking enforcement after hours. - A member raised that one of the arguments for parking restrictions in areas like these, is access for emergency services.
