Maria Adamski, Senior Parks Asset Planner, presented to the Board giving information and staff advice on future options for Yew Cottage (on the corner of Rue Brittan and Rue Jolie). Options outlined were:
1. Move Yew Cottage to another Council owned site, freeing up the land for lease. 2. Remain as is, without remedial treatment, if unable to move. 3. Deconstruct and lease the land out.
After questions and feedback from members, the Chairperson thanked staff for the presentation.
