Timing	This briefing is expected to last for up to 90 minutes
Purpose / Origin of Briefing	Staff initiative to seek the views on the strategic priorities for 2024/25 and seek the committees view on further ways the GCP could be more effective and efficient.
Confidentiality	The briefing and any shared information is not confidential.
Background	The purpose of this workshop is to discuss and consider the strategic priorities for 2024/25 and seek the committees view on further ways the GCP could be more effective and efficient.
CEAG Consideration	This was informally discussed at the CEAG meeting on 30 January 2024.
Key Issues	·    Ensuring the strategic priorities are working towards achieving communities’ outcomes and expectations through the GC2025 and GCSP implementation.
Next Steps	·    The Secretariat will collate the feedback and report back to the GCPC in May on the suggested way forward.
