1.   Purpose of Report

1.1       The purpose of this report is for the Waitai/Coastal-Burwood Community Board Submissions Committee to undertake the preparation of a Board submission to the Council on its Draft Annual Plan 2019-2020.

 

2.   Staff Recommendations

That the Waitai/Coastal-Burwood Community Board Submissions Committee:

1.         Progress the preparation of a Board submission to the Council on its Draft Annual Pan 2019-2020.

2.         Exercise its delegated authority to complete and lodge a submission on behalf of the Board.
