8     Resolution to Exclude the Public

Part C

That Tom Parsons of Christchurch City Council, remain after the public have been excluded for Item 9 of the public excluded agenda as he has knowledge that is relevant to that item and will assist the Council.

AND

That those who requested to make a deputation remain after the public have been excluded for Item 9 of the public excluded agenda, for the purpose of making a deputation.

AND

That at 1.02pm the resolution to exclude the public set out on pages 25 to 26 of the agenda be adopted.

That the Infrastructure, Transport and Environment Committee:

1.              Receive the information in the attached Transport Unit report.

2.              Request staff report back to the Committee on potential options to improve the interaction of the different modes at intersections along St Asaph and Tuam Streets, including the option of trialling “flashing orange lights” for left turning vehicles, as soon as practicable.
