It was decided that Councillor Templeton be appointed Chairperson of the Hearings Panel .

3.   Denton Park Proposed Management Plan and Part Reserve Classification Changes

3.1          The Hearings Panel received a staff report and relevant attachments which included all submissions made during the consultation, background information and information on the submissions received on the Denton Park Proposed Management Plan and Part Reserve Classification Changes.

3.2          Council Officers provided a verbal presentation regarding the staff report. HeHkns
