1.   Purpose of Report

1.1       This report is to provide information to the Road Closure Subcommittee on the proposed road closures associated with South West Baptist Church 150th celebrations. See attached report.

 

2.   Staff Recommendations

That the Road Closure Subcommittee:

1.         Receive the information in the South West Baptist Church 150th Celebrations report.

2.         Approves the proposed road closures as detailed in Attachment C of this report with conditions listed below:

a.         Adjustment made to submitted Traffic Management Plan (TMP) to make the TMP consistent with proposed Temporary Road Closures.

 

3.   Key Points
