That the Parking Restrictions Subcommittee:

1.         Revoke all parking and stopping restrictions on the north side of Tuam Street between Madras Street and Barbadoes Street.

2.         Revoke all parking and stopping restrictions on the south side of Tuam Street between Madras Street and Barbadoes Street.

3.         Revoke parking restrictions on the north side of Tuam Street, between Madras Street and Poplar Street.

4.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles be prohibited at any time, on the north side of Tuam Street commencing at its intersection with Madras Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 13 metres.

5.         Approve that the parking of vehicles be restricted to a maximum period of 60 minutes and controlled by parking meters, (including Pay and Display machines or any approved means of payment) on the north side of Tuam Street commencing at a point 13 metres east of its intersection with Madras Street, and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 22 metres.

6.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles be prohibited at any time on the north side of Tuam Street, commencing at a point 35 metres east of its intersection with Madras Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 24 metres.

25.       Approve that the stopping of vehicles be prohibited at any time, on the south side of Tuam Street commencing at a point 219 metres west of its intersection with Barbadoes Street and extending in a westerly direction to its intersection with Madras Street.

26.       Approve that the stopping of vehicles be prohibited at any time, on the north side of Tuam Street commencing at its intersection with Madras Street and extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 63 metres.

27.       Approve that a Loading Zone with a maximum period of five minutes for Goods Vehicles only, be created on the north side of Tuam Street commencing at a point 63 metres west of its intersection with Madras Street and extending in a westerly direction for a distance of seven metres.

28.       Approve that the stopping of vehicles be prohibited at any time, on the north side of Tuam Street commencing at a point 70 metres west of its intersection with Madras Street and extending in a westerly direction to its intersection with Poplar Street.

1.         Revoke all parking restrictions on the east side of Barbadoes Street commencing at its intersection with Moorhouse Avenue and extending in a northerly direction for 132 metres.

2.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles be prohibited at any time on the east side of Barbadoes Street commencing at its intersection with Moorhouse Avenue and extending in a northerly direction for a distance of 59 metres.

3.         Approve that the parking of vehicles be restricted to School Buses only, from 8:15 am to 9:15 am and from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on School Days only, on the east side of Barbadoes Street commencing at a point 59 metres north of its intersection with Moorhouse Avenue and extending in a northerly direction for a distance of 14 metres.

4.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles be prohibited, from 9:15 am to 2:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 8:15 am the following day on School Days only, on the east side of Barbadoes Street commencing at a point 59 metres north of its intersection with Moorhouse Avenue and extending in a northerly direction for a distance of 14 metres.

1.         21 Ferry Road, bus stop on St Asaph Street (Attachment A)

a.         Approve that all parking and stopping restrictions on the south side of St Asaph Street commencing at its intersection with Barbadoes Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 42 metres be revoked.

b.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles is prohibited at all times on the south side of St Asaph Street commencing at its intersection with Barbadoes Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 24 metres.

c.         Approve that a marked bus stop be installed on the south side of St Asaph Street commencing at a point 24 metres west of its intersection with Barbadoes Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 14 metres.

d.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles is prohibited at all times on the south side of St Asaph Street commencing at a point 38 metres west of its intersection with Barbadoes Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 4 metres.

2.         Removal of a bus stop at 150 Kilmore Street and replacement with ‘P10’ parking (Attachment B)

a.         Approve that all parking and stopping restrictions on the south side of Kilmore Street commencing at its intersection with Manchester Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 43 metres be revoked.

b.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles is prohibited at all times on the south side of Kilmore Street commencing at its intersection with Manchester Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 9 metres.

c.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles be restricted to a maximum of 10 minutes on the south side of Kilmore Street, commencing at a point 9 metres west of its intersection with Manchester Street, and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 17 metres.

d.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles is prohibited at all times on the south side of Kilmore Street commencing at a point 26 metres west of its intersection with Manchester Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 17 metres.

3.         132-140 Kilmore Street Bus Stop (Attachment C)

a.         Approve that all parking and stopping restrictions on the south side of Kilmore Street commencing at a point 85 metres west of its intersection with Manchester Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 29.5 metres be revoked.

b.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles is prohibited at all times on the south side of Kilmore Street commencing at a point 85 metres west of its Manchester Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 10.5 metres.

c.         Approve that a marked bus stop be installed on the south side of Kilmore Street commencing at a point 95.5 metres west of its intersection with Manchester Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 15 metres.

d.         Approve that the stopping of vehicles is prohibited at all times on the south side of Kilmore Street commencing at a point 110.5 metres west of its intersection with Manchester Street and extending in a westbound direction for a distance of 4 metres.

1.         Revoke all existing parking and stopping restrictions on the southern side of Gloucester Street commencing at a point 96 metres east of its intersection with Montreal Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 98 metres.

2.         Approve that the parking of vehicles be limited to a maximum period of 120 minutes and controlled by Parking Meters (including Pay and Display machines or any approved payment process) on the southern side of Gloucester Street commencing at a point 96 metres east of its intersection with Montreal Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 41 metres.  This restriction is to apply Monday through Sunday, 9:00am through 6:00pm.

3.         Approve that parking be restricted to motorcycles only on the southern side of Gloucester Street commencing at a point 146 metres west of its intersection with Durham Street North and extending in a westerly direction for a distance of 3.0 metres. This restriction is to apply at any time and restricted to 90° angle parking.

4.         Approve that the parking of vehicles be limited to a maximum period of 120 minutes and controlled by Parking Meters (including Pay and Display machines or any approved payment process) on the southern side of Gloucester Street commencing at a point 157 metres east of its intersection with Montreal Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 37 metres.  This restriction is to apply Monday through Sunday, 9:00am through 6:00pm.
