At the close of the agenda no apologies had been received.

2.   Declarations of Interest

Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant and to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as an elected representative and any private or other external interest they might have on this matter.

3.   Draft Housing Policy – Board Submission

The Committee is invited to review the Council’s Draft Housing Policy and decide on whether or not to formulate a submission on the Board’s behalf. Submissions close on 7 August 2016.

 

A copy of the draft policy has been separately circulated to members.
